Brad has more than twenty eight years experience in professional services, including over 20 years as a Partner in corporate advisory. Previously Brad was Divisional Head of the Corporate Finance team of a global top 10 accounting firm, comprising six partners and 26 staff, specialising in mergers and acquisitions advisory, valuations and transaction services.  With experience in advising both publicly listed and privately held companies, Brad has provided valuation services to over 100 entities, including Independent Expert’s reports to shareholders, as well as valuation advice for strategic, investment or taxation purposes.

 

Experience

With experience in advising both publicly listed and privately held companies, Brad has provided valuation services to over 100 entities, including Independent Expert’s reports to shareholders, as well as valuation advice for strategic, investment or taxation purposes. He has been lead advisor to over 40 M&A transactions including sourcing of debt and equity financing and providing comprehensive strategic and valuation analysis. In addition, Brad has provided transaction services to support over 35 transactions including due diligence, financial modelling and feasibility studies. These transactions encompass a broad range of industries for clients based in Australia as well as large multinational organisations. Brad has developed strong relationships with key parties in corporate finance transactions, including banks, private equity firms and legal advisors. Further, Brad has been a key presenter at numerous M&A Seminars for the Australian Institute of Company Directors on a range of topics, including valuation.
