ABOUT THE ROLE​
As a Corporate Finance Analyst, you will work closely with Partners and Managers to deliver data-driven insights that help shape key business decisions for our clients.
You will gain broad exposure across a range of areas, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), financial modelling and analysis, valuations, due diligence, and the preparation of Information Memorandums and marketing materials. You’ll also play a key role in supporting client relationships and contributing to business development initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Conducting detailed research on industries, businesses and transactions

Building and maintaining financial models
-
Preparing concise and accurate client reports and presentations
-
Applying valuation methods (FME, DCF, Asset-based, etc.)
-
Managing timelines and collaborating with multiple stakeholders
-
Supporting due diligence and data room coordination
-
Participating in internal knowledge-sharing and training

ABOUT YOU
-
2–4 years' experience in corporate finance or business services
-
CA qualified or working towards completion
-
Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
-
Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills
-
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
-
Prior exposure to MYOB and/or Xero is a plus
-
Well-organised, with excellent attention to detail and time management
-
A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with others
