Jorge has been in the profession for the past 25 years and has built a successful practice servicing the needs of small to medium business, high net worth family groups and foreign corporate and local start-up ventures.

Jorge previously led the Sydney business advisory team of a global top 10 accounting firm where he was in charge of five partners and 45 staff. The team provided business and taxation advice as well as specialised tax and corporate compliance services for a diverse range of small business, private wealth and corporate clients.

Experience

Jorge has acted on numerous advisory boards and consulting assignments for small and medium business in the areas of restructuring bank finance arrangements, cash flow and working capital management, employee bonus and equity incentive schemes, business performance reporting and strategy development.

He also specialises in assisting high net worth family groups with their wealth creation and preservation objectives. These objectives include structuring of investments to ensure maximum tax efficiency, and to ensure their estate planning and asset protection objectives are achieved. He has advised on many assignments involving the preservation and transfer of family and business wealth to successive family generations.

Jorge works closely with many foreign inbound and local companies looking to establish their businesses in Australia by providing advice in the areas of taxation structuring, finance and cash flow management, strategy development and corporate compliance.
